Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a bustling heavy industrial environment? The team is seeking a dedicated individual to provide a high level of administrative support while seamlessly coordinating heavy vehicle logistics.
Admin Responsibilities & logistics and Coordination:
- Learn and apply heavy vehicle industry rules and safety measures through training.
- Use a weighbridge to accurately record trip details.
- Enter equipment and vehicle data accurately using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Conduct safety orientations for visitors.
- Ensure compliance with weight and load regulations.
- Be the main contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service by phone and in person.
- Manage financial tasks using SAP software, such as purchase orders and invoicing.
To be Successful:
- You must be able to work autonomously
- Very clear with communication as you be talking to customers and staff over radio systems
- The ideal applicant will be able to problem solve proactive
- Pass a drug and alcohol test
