• Good understanding and expertise on configuration, impact and assessment of business process changes.
• Good understanding of EIB loads and data conversion
• Experience in handling on all business process related issues, including configuring the documents by creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts and Dashboards
• Experience on handling Compensation configuration issues
• Experience in Reporting (Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports) mainly on compensation/HCM reporting is added advantage
• Experience in HCM/Compensation related Dashboards and Discovery Boards and Reporting oriented visual creation based on client requirements
