Randstad and Integrated Human Capital (IHC), a minority, female-owned staffing firm, have launched a new diverse supplier joint venture called Diversa.

Set to make its formal debut during this month's National Minority Supplier Development Council Conference and Business Opportunity Fair in New Orleans, Diversa was formed to meet companies' growing demands for a more diverse workforce.

As a minority-owned and certified staffing business, Diversa combines Randstad's global resources with the local market understanding and delivery of IHC.

The joint venture offers a unique combination of staffing solutions, managed services and human resources consulting, delivering more comprehensive solutions for companies focused on creating competitive advantage through a more diverse workforce.

"At Randstad, we have seen more companies coming to us for help in accessing diverse talent," said Gregory Netland, executive board member of Randstad Holding nv, parent company of Randstad.

"The face of our workforce is rapidly changing as companies, cultures and economies continue to merge into one. Diversa was created to help companies evolve their businesses in response to this changing workforce," he added.

Randstad and IHC began working together more than five years ago through Randstad's affiliate vendor program.
