Our inclusive approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is based on our history of fostering dialogue between all relevant parties and keeping the interests of all stakeholders (clients, unions, governments and flexworkers) in mind.
Since our beginnings in the 1960s, Randstad has been conscious that success depends on society as a whole benefiting from the positive effects of all stakeholders working together. For this reason, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a key element to the way we work.
We take pride in finding suitable jobs for our flexworkers and ideal candidates for our clients, but our commitment to society does not stop there. We shape the future World of Work by sharing our knowledge and experiences with everyone involved in the employment sector.
Randstad is a signatory of the Memorandum of Understanding to create partnership and a global social dialogue to achieve fair conditions for the temporary agency work industry and the flexworkers around the world. Randstad has been included in the Dow Jones World Sustainability Index for the sixth time in a row (Index 2008). Randstad has also been listed in the FTSE4Good Index. Companies are included in this Index if they meet strict criteria relating to environmental impact, labor standards, human rights and stakeholder relationships.
