Commitment to the partnership is Group-wide, and many countries have taken the initiative to host events and start activities that have helped raise awareness and funds for VSO. Here are some examples of the initiatives from Randstad employees:

Randstad HR Solutions and VSO have developed HR solutions for developing countries. We support NGOs with their HR questions and put HR systems in place. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the NGOs. Randstad volunteers are working on a consultancy basis to support VSO and its partners to build organizational capacity by improving systems and structures to ensure that basic employment conditions are in place and adhered to.
