We are seeking an experienced sales professional who has exceptional knowledge of Banking and Finance sector and a genuine passion for developing new business.

The role of Account Director involves achieving business growth in terms of revenue, gross profit and profitability through:



* Providing the necessary input in the development of the national sales strategy
* Understanding the national sales strategy and ensuring its application and execution at a state level
* Effective account management through being a positive representative of Randstad and the main point of contact for the key stakeholders within the relevant accounts
* Ensuring best practice in regards to new client acquisition and retention
* Being responsible for developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for the respective state
* Gain a sound understanding of Randstad's HR Consulting, Outsourced Solutions, Career Transition and Recruitment services and be able to identify a solution that would best suit a client
* Acting as an ambassador and role model for the wider Randstad business.
* Providing counsel to the Client & Bid Solutions Manager on opportunities within the banking and finance sector.

The main accountabilities for the Banking and Finance Account Director;



* Driving the sales strategy across the banking and finance sector
* Account Management of existing key accounts
* People leadership
* Understand the national sales strategy in order to effectively deliver on a state level
* Responsible for winning new business, maximizing new business development opportunities and increasing share of the market within the respective state
* Building and developing professional relationships at executive and senior level with the large B&F accounts.
* Execute sales initiatives to improve commerciality and profitability across key accounts.
* Collaborate with the state leadership team across the various Randstad divisions in order to optimise market opportunities
* Develop and maintain high level business relations with external stakeholders and networks in order to profile the business and identify new business opportunities for the Randstad Group.
* In collaboration with the state leadership team, provide support to managers in developing new business development and growth.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders within the Randstad Group to maximize sales opportunities and have a coordinated approach to Preferred Supplier Agreements and account management.
