What will you be doing?
Randstad Business Support is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their Sydney CBD team. You will be recruiting for Commonwealth Bank and look after a variety of roles and stakeholders. In this role you will be making client visits to Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park & Sydney CBD. A typical day:



* Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
* Understanding the recruitment needs of your client and finding suitable candidates
* Business development and meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
* Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
