About the job

Randstad's Technology Division is our fastest growing division, they service clients and candidates Australia wide on a permanent, fixed term or contract basis. The team in Adelaide are growing and are currently looking for either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer to join their already high performing team. In this role you will take over a big portfolio of existing government and commercial clients and will be expected to manage and grow these accounts in the local Adelaide area.


* 360 end to end recruitment
* Manage large client portfolios
* Building relationships with business leaders/hiring managers
* Responsible for growth of new business accounts
* Negotiating terms of business with clients
* Source candidates through various sourcing methods


* 1-2 years recruitment experience in either a resourcer or 360 role
* An ethical and honest recruiter that delivers exceptional customer service
* Excellent at building stakeholder relationships
* Great attention to detail
