An exciting Business Development Manager position has just become available in our inhouse services team at Randstad. As a Business Development Manager you will have a passion for new business sales and stakeholder management and be able to build long lasting relationships. Randstad are looking for someone with a past experience in either a 360 or Business Development role. The role will lead sales generation across both SME markets and larger enterprises that directly leads to GP growth across all Randstad's operational divisions with a focus on Randstad's inhouse services.

Main accountabilities

Key activities:



* Understand the various sector sales strategy in order to effectively win new business
* Identifying and marketing to prospective clients through high levels of sales activity
* Acting as an ambassador for Randstad's Inhouse services and identifying further solutions that would best suit the client
* Responsible for winning new business, maximizing new business development opportunities, identifying opportunities across all Randstad divisions and increasing market share

Sales leadership

Key activities:



* Research the marketplace in order to deliver upon the sales strategy and promote Randstad's recruitment solutions
* Ensure effective follow through (verbal and written) on all leads and share business intelligence where appropriate to aid in the overall success of the Randstad group in line with our end to end approach
* Effective organisation to ensure client facing time is targeted to achieve maximum revenue and GP growth

Candidate profile

An ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience of working in a professional recruitment environment. You will have proven experience of developing relationships at all levels and generating new business and executing on sales plans.
