About the job

The Education team in Sydney is looking for a Candidate Administrator to join the team. In the job, you will source and screen candidates for a variety of temporary roles across the Education sector. You will be working alongside and supporting 10 consultants that recruit across all of ACT and QLD helping them fill roles with their clients. You will also be completing all compliance checks including reference checkes, background checks, and working with children checks.

You will be reporting to Michelle Solar who has been with Randstad for close to three years, starting her Randstad journey as a consultant and working her way up to Manager. The Education team is a very successful, motivated and fun team. This is a great opportunity for you to join the recruitment industry and start a career!

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so youcan map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You have previous experience in administration or customer service and you are ambitious and eager to succeed. You thrive in a fast paced environment and working to targets. You are proactive and resilient and you are great at multi-tasking. You must be a great team player and love networking and building relationships on the phone.
