About the job
Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting role of Candidate Manager within our Business Support team in Parramatta. You will be working in partnership with a team of consultants who will look after the client and sales side of the role whilst you support with the candidate acquisition and management activities.
Some of your day-to-day duties will involve searching, assessing and identifying candidates from a variety of sources; proactively pipelining passive candidates and networking within your candidate market; conducting daily interviews and ensuring compliance is achieved with a best practice recruitment methodology. Your ultimate goal is to help us find the best available talent for both permanent and temporary business support job profiles.
The team you will be joining is one of our most high-performing and successful in our business nationally. This is an extremely fun and bright team of 10 who share a collective goal to be the best they can be whilst supporting each other along the way. You will be reporting to Maralen Nehme the Executive Manager of Business Support. Maralen started her career with Randstad six years ago as a consultant and then quickly became a company-wide top biller for a number of years before moving into leadership.
In this role, you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

You will also have exceptional communication skills, be able to cope with pressure and work to deadlines.
