About the role

Due to growth Randstad are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join the team in the Sydney CBD. In this role you will assist the contribution manager with the reporting, annual governance cycles, ROI modelling, rate calculators, tenders, cost control frameworks and any similar tasks that are required. The role will be based in Randstads Pitt street office in the CBD and will be paying between $70k-$80k.


* ROI cost
* Prepare and maintain cost control schedules for technologies, marketing, and other back office cost centres as needed.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to agree action plans as needed to maximise investments.
* Work with stakeholders to implement a realistic on-boarding of new clients.
* Complete end to end project plan
* Provide tender support
* Deliver reporting infrastructure, implementations tools and measurements for annual price increase.

What we look for in you

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field

* 2 years experience in a similar role

* Experience with cost analysis, management and ROI

* Experience with contingent workforce tender modelling

* Experience with rate calculators with statutory requirements

* Experience with price optimisation

* Strong communication skills

* Strong excel skills
