About the job
The Assessment Centre & graduate Solutions team (previously Volume, Assessment & Transformation) manages some of the most exciting projects within Randstad - delivering innovative, efficient and quality outcomes to our clients. Delivering assessment centre recruitment solutions to clients across a breadth of role profiles and industries, as well as managing graduate campaigns and working with universities on employability solutions to help transition graduates from education to employment - every day is different and exceptionally varied!! This is a state based role, where you will be responsible for developing business with a specific focus on identifying opportunities for assessment centre and graduate solutions – these could include volume assessment centre projects; graduate campaigns; contact centre; and partnering with universities. You will be reporting into the National Manager who started their career in Randstad 2.5 years ago as a lead within this team, so can provide you with excellent industry insight and support to be successful in your role. In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.
You will be responsible for business strategy & planning to ensure there is a robust sales plan in place targeting your market, as well as ensuring that you build a repeat purchase portfolio of clients for 2017 and beyond. This is a senior sales role and will suit an individual who loves the sale and is passionate about working in an agile, innovative and results orientated environment. Ideally you will have worked within a business development focused recruitment role. You will have a proven track record in business to business sales, as well as demonstrating success in client engagement and relationship management – both with internal and external stakeholders – is required.
