HR Partners are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take on a warm desk for their Sydney CBD offices. (With the option to work from either of our regional offices if preferred).

With a well-established client and candidate base, this desk yields high fees and is a key factor to the HR Partners Sydney teams continued growth and success. You will be surrounded by true experts in their field, and working with a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 corporates to SME’s and established preferred suppliers.

About you

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Sydney market, and ideally (but not necessarily) in Human Resources. You might see this as a career development transition into a senior position or you are currently working in a similar level role.

You will be ambitious, confident, resilient and career-driven. Superior communication and negotiation skills are essential and you will be a credible, engaging team player.
