This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious recruiter who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment. This position will see you join a large international professional services company and recruiting for a wide range of Sales professionals.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment you will be responsible for, but not limited to-

  • Liaising with key internal business stakeholders and managers to understand their requirements
  • Supporting the team ensuring recruitment demand & SLA's are met
  • Advertising via appropriate channels
  • General recruitment activities such as conducting interviews, reference checks, performing database searches etc
  • Management & maintenance of Candidate Management System
  • Scheduling and participating in candidate interviews
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and other adhoc projects as required

You will have:

  • Previous recruitment experience ( From a successful Sales desk would be desirable)
  • Experience in end to end internal or agency recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills
  • The ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
