About the job
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Candidate Resourcer to join our successful, supportive
and friendly Technologies team based in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work with a dedicated team of passionate professionals and partner with key Account Managers to support successful PSA Accounts across Government and commercial clients.

You will be responsible for sourcing and candidate management, focusing on a limited number of candidate buckets per industry. Formulate candidate attraction strategies together with your Account Manager, to support the achievement of your KPI's. Initiate a range of candidate sourcing activities, publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals to ensure a regular supply of candidates.

Screen and qualify candidates, brief and prepare candidates for client interviews. Provide advice to
candidates on salary levels, skill requirements and market information. Participate in regular meetings with the team and manager to maximise synergies, discuss market developments, share experience and knowledge and report on candidate progress.

You will keep abreast of market information, assist the team with any ad-hoc sales support administration
duties.
