About the job and you

Working across the Accounting and Banking Divisions managing a local team of 5, with an opportunity to significantly grow the team, and working closely with experts across the country to support specialist expertise. Reporting into one of our Group Directors, Nick Elsdon, you will have the opportunity to learn from one of the best. Nick has been with Randstad for more than a decade and is passionate about the recruitment industry and the people within his divisions.

As the manager of Accounting & Banking team in Brisbane, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy, including identifying key markets to focus and quality people to bring on board. This is a key leadership role, previous management experience whilst desirable is not essential. What is essential is a passion to coach and develop people and a desire to provide a clear structure, plan and consistent action to make the team successful. Leading from the front by running a desk and leading a strong sales culture by actively visiting and networking with potential and existing clients will be the base of your success.
