About the job

Our three industrial branches are all well established with high performing branch managers and consultants. We are looking to grow our profitability by branching out into permanent recruitment. This role will be crucial to the continued success of the SA Industrial business.

The individual selected will be a part of our Mile End, Morphett Vale and Elizabeth teams and will have a strong focus on business development with some warm clients but will also be expected to source new business by developing leads of their own. Any recruitment done will be focused around stores & warehousing, manufacturing and FMCG positions.

You will be expected to provide ongoing recruitment solutions and ensuring service is delivered in a timely manner, whilst KPI’s are continuously met. The ability to match the right candidate to the client’s requirements will be imperative to the success of your desk, as well as increasing market share and gross profit.

You will need to be flexible with time management, enthusiastic with an energised approach to growing your desk. There will also be an emphasis on driving Randstad’s processes; ensuring compliance is followed at all times.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be supported throughout an extensive on boarding process, ensuring that you are guided through all training required for you to be successful in the role. Knowledge of Industrial recruitment would be extremely beneficial, however not essential.
