You will be working on a unique project within the State Government sector servicing and delivering to one client. Based internally in our Project team, we are looking for experienced senior recruiters who are consultative in their approach and passionate about providing excellent customer service to all candidates and stakeholders. Our client is State based and you will be working out of the Randstad Sourceright office at Pitt Street, Sydney CBD.

Our client is going through a modernisation project, and you can be part of this huge transformation! Working in a large team of experienced recruiters, project and implementation managers, you will be reporting into a teamleader who has been in the recruitment industry for a number of years. You will be supported by a team of administrators who are there to assist you on daily base with duties including posting adverts, downloading CV’s, arranging interviews, taking interview notes, reference checking etc. This will give you time to really get to know your stakeholders, understand the needs and requirements of the roles you are recruiting for.

You will manage the recruitment process including the initial assessment of candidates, phone screenings, phone or face-to-face interviews, finding the right role for each candidate in the process, consult with your hiring managers not only to take a brief of the role, but throughout the entire recruitment process. As the organisation is going through a significant change, we are looking for recruiters who are passionate about working in a high consultative role in a professional environment.

It’s a great opportunity for you as an experienced recruiter to move into a high touch consultative role that has no sales element to it. You must have previous experience working in recruitment, preferrably within the professional space and ideally be available to start on short notice.

You must have a number of years experience working in a recruiter role, whether it's in an inhouse recruiter or agency recruiter role. You have a consultative approach, are comfortable having challenging conversations and can work in a high volume environment.
