About the job

Due to the growth of our team, we have an exciting role available in our Business Support division in Parramatta. You will have the ownership of running and growing your own business while having the best tools and technology to succeed and being supported by an experienced team.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include identifying, developing and managing both new and existing client relationships; assessing the most comprehensive recruitment solutions to your client's requirements; providing exceptional consultative service to candidates and clients; and searching, assessing and interviewing candidates from a variety of sources. Your ultimate goal is to establish and develop business relationships with your target clients and find the best available talent for both permanent and temporary business support job profiles.


The team you will be joining is one of our most high-performing and successful in our business nationally. This is an extremely fun and bright team of 10 who share a collective goal to be the best they can be whilst supporting each other along the way. You will be reporting to Maralen Nehme who is the Executive Manager of Business Support. Maralen started her career with Randstad six years ago as a consultant and then quickly became a company-wide top biller for a number of years before moving into leadership.

In this role, you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You will demonstrate professionalism, the desire to be committed to a long-term career in recruitment and be naturally driven ato succeed.

You will be extremely customer focused with strong interpersonal skills; be highly motivated to achieve sales growth in your customer portfolio and ensure excellent execution throughout all facets of the recruitment process. You will be able to gain people's confidence and be a sound relationship builder, as well as uphold confidentiality, tact and professionalism when interacting with clients and candidates. You will also have exceptional communication skills, be able to cope with pressure and work to deadlines. If you are a driven and passionate achiever who constantly strives for perfection then we would like to hear from you.

Salary range & benefits
