About the job

This is a full 360 recruitment position, you will have the opportunity to build your career with a global company that offers the highest of training and development for their people. The successful consultant will be responsible for maintaining pre-existing relationships with clients as well as building new relationships, attracting candidates within the market, screening and interviewing of candidates, to ensure the best-fit candidates are being referred. Working towards KPI’s each week to help build your road to success.

You will have the opportunity to manage and build on an already successful desk, recruiting for mainly customer service representatives, contact centre managers, workforce planners and team leaders for both temporary and permanent opportunities across the SME markets within Victoria including life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, logistics and FMCG.

You will have the opportunity of being a part of a hard working successful team that pride ourselves on our strong supportive culture this is a fun, outgoing and highly successful team coming off the back of winning “Team of the Year” for 2016, that work hard to play hard, working with a supportive and energetic manager, three other consultants and team administrator.

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You will be a hard working, motivated and sales driven individual either wanting to continue or start their recruitment career.

You will be able to build report easily with clients and candidates, to foster relationships, a minimum of 2 years experience in a KPI focussed position and the ability to research and investigate new industries and role types, as well as being tech savvy and able to adapt to new systems easily.

Have an entrepreneurial mind and are driven by your own success, confident and personable and enjoy a sales environment.
