About the job
Our division is enjoying a 4th straight year of year on year growth, through its approach of hard work, honest and specialisation. The Melbourne construction, property and engineering team has a strong a stable leadership group and a high performing team who drive each other forward to ensure that through great service and candidate matching you get the maximum reward for your effort.
Architecture is one of the fastest growing markets within our industry and is expected to continue to expand year on year for the next 4 years, in order to maximise this opportunity in Victoria we are seeking to expand our team from 1 to 3 in the next 6 months. You will either be a perm or temp specialist recruiter, as we will be adding both desks in the near future, we have a warm client base with strong job flow and the opportunity to work closely with an experience architecture consultant who can show you the ropes.
You will be an enthusiastic recruiter with a strong track record of sourcing hard to find candidates and building a desk with a long-term view, as many of the placements of tomorrow are passive candidates today. Architecture is a true relationship-driven market where you will need to consult with SME business owners about the challenges in the market, our sourcing strategies and drive value back to our clients by thinking outside of the box for suitable recruitment solutions.
Your development is important to us and with commitment and consistent results a career pathway into a team leader can be available. To support you in this role, Dave Cooper the Branch Manager of the team has been with Randstad for 9 years and with his guidance, on the job training, support and innovative recruitment tools you will be set up for success from day one.
