About the job and team

As a result of growth, a role has been newly created in our Commercial division in our Mulgrave office. You will be able to hit the ground running. Develop long-term partnerships with your clients and candidates and maintain and grow existing relationships. This position will also have a strong focus on business development, building new relationships and gaining new clients. Due to high performance, the commercial team has experienced rapid growth this year and is one of the highest performing teams in our business. With 49% YOY growth and exceptionally talented recruiters you will be supported and guided by the best in the business. Reporting to Jacqui Ryland, the executive manager who has been with our business for 8 years you will benefit from not just tenure however expert market & industry knowledge.

You will be working closely with the wider Commercial team which consist of 10 recruitment professionals. In addition, you will collaborate with a large team of experienced consultants in our other locations office who are working across a variety of sectors and verticals. The culture within this team is very supportive, social and consists of professionals who are extremely dedicated to their profession.

To be successful in this role it is required that you have

  • Recruitment experience working in an agency
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent commutation skills
  • Strong negotiation ability
  • Positive attitude
  • Driven and Hardworking
