About the job

This role will play a key role in maintaining and growing Randstad's Wealth team across Victoria. Reporting into a Slobodan Obradovic who is based in Melbourne, you will have the support of the wider Wealth team and National Managers with a strong background in Wealth Management. This varied role will work across the industry from winning new SME clients and industry funds to filling roles with our well-established banking clients. In an ever changing industry where sourcing qualified and experienced candidates is key, you will be expected to maintain excellent levels of customer service with candidates and clients. In return, you will be part of a highly professional and well-respected team with strong industry relationships and a history of success. With a major focus on sourcing and maintaining candidate relationships this desk will have numerous active roles ready to go and with the support of the local and national team a motivated, professional candidate will have everything they need to be successful straight away.

In this job you will continually be developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You are a highly a professional person with a strong history of performance within the sector. It is preferable that you have been in a similar role in the past and can confidently deal with top level executives. Also, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, resilience and passion for customer services.
