About the job

The SA Business Support team is a highly successful and efficient group of employees, aligned to a single industry focus while driving the branch and division goals as a team. The success of the team is driven through strong commitment from each member, with a work hard, play hard attitude.

We now have a role available for a Recruiter to come and join us. Supporting an extremely busy Government desk, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing and job matching candidates, compliance management and account management including growth within your existing client base and business development.

Due to the high volume recruitment on this desk, you will be supported by a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the clerical sector.

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

As the successful applicant, you will have demonstrated experience in customer service ideally in a sales environment. Previous recruitment experience will be advantageous, however Randstad’s training program allows for applicants outside of the industry to join and succeed in our company. You will be an excellent communicator, with a passion for achieving targets with exceptional time management skills.
