Recruitment Account Manager - MSP

What will you be doing?

Our MSP Engagement & Supply team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Account Manager to join their team based in Melbourne. This role would suit someone whose passion lies in candidate sourcing and is looking to step away from sales.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting across different industries for key MSP accounts, including Business Support, Professionals & CPE, allowing you to continue to learn and develop your knowledge of recruiting for a wide variety of roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within Randstad, with lots of potential for future development for the right individual. We are looking for someone driven and determined to ensure there is a high delivery outcome.

Your key responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and MSP providers
* Deliver to clients under the MSP recruitment delivery model
* Take client job briefs for contract/temp roles
* Screen, qualify and interview candidates for a variety of positions
* Formulate a candidate attraction strategy
* Candidate management
* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Administration and reporting

* You will be motivated and versatile
* Previous recruitment experience would be ideal
* You will be able to think outside of the box and create new resourcing strategies
* Experienced working within a high volume & fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Ability to build strong working relationships
* Highly organised and able to multitask
