The Business Support team in Sydney CBD are looking for an Account/Candidate Manager to come in and service two of their key accounts within the banking sector. Your desk will have a focus on placing mainly temp and some permanent Business Support professionals. This is a high volume desk. We are looking for a driven person who is passionate about delivering the best service to both candidates and clients.

Your key responsibilities:



* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and the clients
* Deliver to clients under the MSP recruitment delivery model
* Take client job briefs for contract/temp roles
* Screen, qualify and interview candidates for a variety of positions
* Formulate a candidate attraction strategy
* Candidate management
* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Administration and reporting

What are we looking for in you?



* Previous recruitment experience would be ideal
* Knowledge of banking industry would viewed favourably
* You will be able to think outside of the box and create new resourcing strategies
* Experienced working within a high volume & fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Ability to build strong working relationships
* Highly organised and able to multitask
