We are looking for a experienced recruitment administrator who will be responsible for our end-to-end recruitment and general office administration.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

• Posting adverts on job boards
• Managing job applications via the internal database system
• Downloading CV’s and sending all relevant information to the recruiter
• Arranging interviews
• Writing, formatting & quality checking of reports
• Reference checking
• Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
• All project admin support as required

This is a great opportunity for you as an experienced administrator to move into a role that will give you exposure working on a large, RPO solution. You must have previous experience working in recruitment or administration, and ideally be available to start immediately.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual who can pick up and run with any task given. The position is an ongoing temporary contract, with a view to extend permanently.
