About the Team

A small team of 2 business divisions Industrial & Education teams, comprising of one team leader and one consultant for each division and growing rapidly. You will be joining a tight knit team in Darwin. With the Randstad culture permeating through all offices, this Darwin office is no exception to the rule with a friendly, successful and incredibly supportive team. Consistently celebrating their wins as a team (big or small), this team are all involved in the understanding of how this branch is performing.

The Role

Working as a recruitment resourcer within our highly successful industrial team means you will be trained in assisting in the recruitment of various role types across a variety of growth industries. It is important that you are able to work with a real sense of urgency and be able to operate within a fast paced environment.

In this role you will be working with both existing and new clients and assisting sourcing them top talent for their vacancies. Eventually, you will be trained to become a 360 recruitment consultant, it is then that you will be responsible for proactive sales activity as well as account management of current clients.

In this role day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Make calls to new and existing clients and candidates
  • Visits and meeting clients
  • Develop working relationships with new clients
  • Fill job orders
  • Interview candidates
  • Build relationships with your candidates
  • Grow your desk week on week
  • Working towards KPIs and achieving your targets
  • Ensuring database, compliance and administration are maintained
