About the job

Randstad in Adelaide are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team. We are actively recruiting across the following specialisations;

You will be maintaining existing relationships whilst building your own network of clients and candidates, growing your brand in the market and becoming an expert in your industry sector. About you

To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas. You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients. You will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management.

You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships. You are a high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment. Salary range & benefits

This role will pay $60,000 - $90,000 base salary per annum plus superannuation. We also offer great commision and rewards and incentives, regular awards & recognition programs, sales competitions, and an extensive employee benefits programs.
