What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Team Leader for Sales, Marketing, Digital and Communication you will work in a supportive team of 10 Recruitment professionals. Each member of the team looks after the recruitment for Sales roles for our clients, across different industries; FMCG, Technology, Professional Services, Accounting and more.

This is a billing desk. Create strong relationship with your clients in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices and support them with their recruitment needs, recruiting Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Territory Managers, Sales Managers, Account Executives and Key Account Managers.


Your key responsibilities:



* Source and place candidates for your clients
* Business development calls
* Create candidate attraction strategies
* Engage with your clients
* Screen and interview candidates
* Work closely with your team to source candidates
* Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our clients recruitment needs



What are we looking for in you?



* Experience working in Recruitment (Resourcer or Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant) or experience working in Sales (Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Account Executive, Key Account Manager, etc.)
* Understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices landscape would be beneficial but not mandatory (you will receive training)
* You're not afraid to pick up the phone and proactively approach candidates or clients
* You are driven and love to work in a supportive team environment
* Ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
* Proven ability to be resilient
* You love to hit goals and targets
* A team player
