About the job

The Sydney team of Randstad Technologies is the division’s largest and most profitable business and as a result of an internal transfer we are now looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to sit across our 3 commercial teams. In this position you will have a major focus on driving new client acquisition and market share in existing clients, and in addition to build the sales capability of what is currently a very strong delivery orientated business. With above industry average conversion rates and great tenure the teams are well placed to deliver on any new customer, or new contacts in existing clients, that can be attracted to the Randstad Technologies brand. You will also sit on the division’s senior leadership team.

You will report to Alex Jones, National Director of Randstad Technologies, who has been with Randstad for over 10 years.

About you

You will have a strong sales philosophy and drive and have the ability to lead teams, and team leaders, from the front and build a successful and sustainable sales culture. You must have at least 3 years sales leadership experience and over 7 years industry experience, either in recruitment or IT services, and be in a position to provide client testimonials that attest to their success.
