About the job
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key clients at Randstad Technology Solutions and across the broader Randstad company. Our success in RTS is driven by our client's requirements for flexible and scalable solutions to match their maturing agile delivery environments, and your role is to leverage our existing recruitment customers and partner with them to deliver tailored IT consulting, project and staff augmentation solutions to meet their IT delivery requirements. Your key duties include:



* Pursuit of business opportunities (new and existing clients)
* Liaison with the client to gain a thorough understanding of business vision and direction. Recommend business development strategies and process improvement.
* Meet clients face to face
* Create or assist with creation of proposals and bids
* Collaborate with internal lead qualification team to score opportunities based on strategic and financial value, competitive differentiation, and relationship maturity
* Ensuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals
* Manage account resources and ensure client expectations are met

Requirements
To be considered for this position you will have:



* 3+ years of business development for IT consulting, project delivery, staff augmentation or recruitment solutions
* Proven history of business development success through a consultative sales approach
* Experience presenting to senior level management
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* Strong customer focus and customer service skills
