About the job
Working in a small and new team, you will report into Iris who is originally from the Netherlands. She has been with Randstad for a number of years before she moved to Australia earlier this year. The newly scoped central delivery team will be delivering to multiple accounts across Australia which are identified as priority clients from a business growth and retention perspective. The main focus in your job is to increase market share across these accounts. You are responsible for a quick turnaround filling a high volume of jobs. This team will be fully supportive of our current business by playing a key role in the distribution and tracking of roles to the divisions, ensuring the client experience is consistent. You
Are you wondering what will you be doing on a daily base? You will attract, screen, assess and interview talent using different technology methodologies. You manage your database effectively by building up talent pools for frequent jobs. For candidates you act as the main point of contact once placed in jobs, i.e. re payroll enquiries. Your focus is on candidates only, with limited contact with clients. No sales or business development calls and activities are required in this position.
