What will you be doing?

As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer at Randstad you will work closely with the Talent Partners and Randstad management to provide internal recruitment and talent acquisition support to the Australia and New Zealand offices. You will focus on talent attraction and sourcing to enable our Talent partners to deliver high quality talent to our hiring managers to ensure business continuity and growth.

Promoting our Employee Value Proposition "Making Work Meaningful" externally, you will bring to life our values and culture for prospective employees of Randstad.

In the Talent Acquisition Resourcer role you will be executing recruitment activities such as recruitment advertising, proactive sourcing, screening potential talents, interviewing, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring compliance across our systems and processes are key to success in this role.

Key responsibilities

* Write compelling advertisements
* Call and interview candidates
* Send out psychometric testing and video interviews to potential talents
* Assess testing results and the video interviews
* Find talent by using boolean searches on different platforms
* Collaborate closely with the Talent Partners, hiring managers and the HR team
* Proactively find and attract talent for Randstad
* Ensure effective job briefing from line managers is undertaken together with the Talent Partners so that the right profiles are sought for vacancies
* Deliver a quality recruitment experience for our potential employees, hiring managers and connected stakeholders
* Assist with recruitment projects as required
