The opportunity now exists for an experienced Talent Partner. This role will see you drive ongoing hiring of recruitment professionals at Randstad nationally. This role is based out of our office in Sydney’s CBD.

The role of Talent Partner at Randstad is very hands on – the recruitment team work proactively to support hiring managers across multiple offices around Australia. This fast paced role will see you develop recruitment sourcing strategies and build effective talent pools. Working across roles nationally, this will give you a solid understanding of the candidate market across all States of Australia and being able to translate this to our hiring managers. The role will also support the wider HR team in the development of talent, career and succession programs.

What does the role involve?

  • End-to-end recruitment of sales/recruitment roles, nationally - from Grad to GM level.
  • Talent acquisition and proactive pipelining nationally
  • Building trust and credibility with Hiring Managers
  • As trusted advisor – sharing information on hiring strategies and market conditions with hiring managers and the National Director
  • Screening, interviewing candidates, shortlisting, and managing offers of employment
  • Strategically utilising the Randstad database, social media, LinkedIn and other internal/external sourcing methods
  • Proactively provide regular feedback and updates to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
  • Writing, posting and updating detailed job advertisements to job boards
  • Working closely with other Talent Partners and Talent Manager to develop and implement new initiatives
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Weekly reporting on analysis of recruitment activity
  • Delivering improvements across talent initiatives and processes
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to ensure talent strategy and activities are aligned to business objectives
  • Supporting the leadership team across a range of strategic and operational initiatives to create high levels of business engagement, performance and results

What will you bring to our team?

  • A minimum of two years experience in an internal recruitment environment with a track record of achievements
  • Experience recruiting sales/recruitment professionals (desirable but not essential)
  • A positive attitude, the ability to own your work, confidence in providing a solutions-focused approach to challenges
  • We are seeking a Talent Partner who has resilience, tenacity and completes their tasks with a sense of urgency
  • The ability to source, engage, attract and negotiate to secure the best technical and culturally aligned talent through a wide range of demonstrated sourcing strategies including pipeline support for future roles
  • Experience facilitating assessment centres
  • The ability to effectively prioritise several roles and manage time efficiently
  • A passion for exceptional customer service, problem solving and continuous improvement to current processes and practices.
