Following in the footsteps of their success their growth here is in an exciting phase and there is now a requirement for an experienced Resourcer to come onboard and support the Talent Acquisition Lead in growing the business, with a particular focus sourcing candidates within the data analytical space.

Your main responsibility will be proactive candidate identification, advertising, dealing with applications, searching on LinkedIn, phone screening, preparing shortlists, arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts and recruitment co-ordination. You will utilise various sourcing channels, both direct and via suppliers, to find high quality talent whilst liaising with your colleagues both here and overseas.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Resourcer sourcing for a variety of roles including some familiarity with technical roles - such as data analysts.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising and sourcing candidates utilising social media channels
  • Exceptional organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with flexibility in an unstructured, fluid environment
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work autonomously
  • Collaborative, customer-centric approach and a positive, hard working attitude
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management
  • In-house experience preferred but possible consideration given to IT agency Resourcers
  • Experience of Taleo will be an advantage
