Accounts Receivables Coordinator
Department: Randstad Canada's Head Office
Location: Ville-Saint-Laurent (Corporate office in Place-Vertu commercial center)
Hours: 8:00 to 4:30pm or 8:30 to 5:00pm

Accounts Receivables Coordinator-Ville-Saint-Laurent

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable, Collections, reconciliation, Reporting, Analysis
• Processing high volume of Receivables / Collections
• Reconciliation of A/R and ability to manage the ageing report on a daily basis
• Pursuing and monitoring collections of all outstanding invoices while building and maintaining client relationships both internally and externally.
• Liaise with customers to collect funds via email and/or via telephone
• Work toward achieving AR targets as set out by the company
• Update account activity in Excel and ERP system(s)

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong knowledge of AR and Collections
•Having worked in the service industry is an asset
• University or College degree reflecting either Business, Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years relevant AR/Collection experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Skills/Functions (Pivots, vlookup, Formulas)
• Must be Bilingual (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple demands during busy periods
• Be very detail-oriented and able to perform duties with accuracy
