Location – Ville St. Laurent

The Assistant Branch Manager’s primary focus is to oversee the achievements of a team within a single branch and to continuously sell Randstad staffing and HR solutions to prospective clients and to attract and screen the top professional talent to meet the needs of our Randstad clients. Working together with the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager must effectively manage the profitability of the branch’s business.

Assistant Branch Manager - Ville St. Laurent

Main responsibilities
-Excelling at ongoing business development, recruitment and customer service
-Achieving annual budget including temporary and permanent placement revenue, and GM targets
-Sharing responsibilities with the Branch Manager on profitability
-Leading and developing others by providing effective coaching, feedback, structure and support
-Problem solving skills and ability to make timely decisions that are in alignment with Randstad Group core values (“to know, to serve, to trust”, “simultaneous promotion of all interests”, and “striving for perfection”).
-Formulating and executing action plans and strategies to meet specific business goals

Skills and Experience
-At least 12 months experience in a Staffing Consultant role (within Randstad preferably)
-Currently meets expectations in the role (budget, accreditations completed, competencies)
-Successful completion of post-secondary education
-Management experience
-Successful track record of demonstrated sales and recruitment targets
-Ability to take ownership of your team’s development
