Location: Toronto or Montreal

Randstad Sourceright is growing again and expanding our Leadership team, which could include YOU! We are currently searching for an RPO Director, Client Delivery to be based in Montreal or Toronto. The Director, Client Delivery will be responsible for various client partnerships and their respective recruitment teams in a matrix based environment. JOB SUMMARY:
•This position has operational and financial responsibility for overall engagement through the strategic application of Company and client resources. Scope includes responsibility for multiple clients and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
•This position will develop and implement business plans, process, strategy, and skills to improve service delivery and engagement success. This position will also manage delivery of products / services to achieve agreed end results; recognize and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered; and will be the primary owner of the budget, forecast, and P&L management for assigned accounts
•This position will foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key clients
•Develop process, strategy, and skills to improve sales productivity; leader by example particularly in the area of production; manage sale and delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; implement business plan; multi-site management; budget/forecast management; foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key clients

Bilingual Director, Client Delivery - Toronto/Montreal

EDUCATION:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
•Additional education preferred
•Six Sigma, CHRP, PMI or similar certifications preferred

EXPERIENCE:
•7+ years of combined business, recruiting, and operations leadership and demonstrated successes within a complex organization
•Experience managing a P&L statement, including forecasting
•3+ years of experience managing and directing professional recruiters within a client service role

SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Bilingual in French and English
•Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
•Experience presenting to C-level executives
•Experience working in parallel with sales team and RFP coordination
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
•Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
•Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
•Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
•Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
•Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
•Ability to manage multiple teams or a single complex team; escalate conflicting priorities; influence team members and business leaders to successfully execute
•Ability to negotiate agreements and/or reach consensus with all levels and positions within the organization
•Ability to build strong, effective relationships as a leader, team member, and Randstad resource
•Ability to travel 30% of the time
