Are you an accomplished, results-driven sales leader? Do you deliver superior strategic results? Can you sell and recruit? If you answered yes to these questions, we are looking for someone like you to fill the Branch Manager role for Randstad’s Staffing line of business.

Main responsibilities include:
-Managing, motivating and developing a team of staffing, sales and recruitment professionals
-Meeting and exceeding revenue projections on a monthly basis
-Recruiting, selecting, and training new team members
-Providing mentorship and coaching opportunities to direct reports
-Ensuring that branch growth is in line with budgeted company revenue targets
-Managing Profit and Loss margins for the branch
-Working closely with Head Office Management and partnering with fellow Managers and Vice-Presidents to increase corporate visibility and ultimately exceed revenue goals
-Implementing, monitoring and developing key performance indicators
-Developing and growing a client base through phone and in-person meetings and other business development strategies
-Balancing operational management with team management
-Continuously promoting and acting in alignment with Randstad Group core values (“to know, to serve, to trust”, “simultaneous promotion of all interests”, and “striving for perfection”)

Skills and Experience
-Passion for strategic sales and client relationships
-2-5 years of experience in a Sales Management or Team Lead role
-College Diploma in Business or any related field completed
-Drive for success and desire to win
-Ability to take ownership of team development
-History of career progression
-Industry experience an asset
