Corporate Recruiter
Contract: 6 months
Situated in Montreal

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Corporate Recruiter.

We are looking for that Recruiter who excels at expanding their network and knows how to leverage its strength to find ideal candidates. If you have a proven track record of filling roles and excel at building relationships, we want to hear from you! Come and join our award winning organization.

Main Responsibilities:

•Report directly to a Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity and execut on national internal recruiting programs with regular monitoring and reporting
•Consistently meet recruitment KPI’s & metrics based on established Randstad processes and activity ratios
•Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships with all hiring managers and corporate stakeholders
•Work with management to maintain a current candidate profile for all active positions
•Work with management to determine appropriate staffing levels and develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned with core company values
•Perform adequate sourcing activities to yield sufficient interviews (for both open roles & candidate pipelines)
•Seek alternate sourcing strategies and tools when current tools’ effectiveness changes
•Maintain current market knowledge about salaries, labour rates, etc.
•Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and conduct preliminary interviews
•Develop head hunting techniques through resume searches, social networking etc.
•Develop and maintain active candidate database
•Provide Hiring Managers with candidate feedback/presentation upon completion of HR Interview
•Manage the interview process, conduct required pre-employment testing
•Conduct and compile reference checks as required
•Manage all internal referrals and applications for all internal roles as per policy
•Partner with HR team and company leadership to proactively monitor potential openings and facilitate onboarding

Requirements:

•Minimum 3 years full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience
•Proven experience using various sourcing techniques, such as social networking, direct initiatives, employee referrals, creative advertising etc.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Minimum college diploma, Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Management preferred
•A solid understanding of recruitment process and relationship management
•Demonstrated ability to work on complex and varied recruitment portfolio of roles
•Experience working across multiple geographies.
•Proven experience in assessing, qualifying, interviewing and screening potential candidates
•Strong knowledge using various web-based search databases, professional networking sites
•Proficient and creative with MS office applications, experience with HRIS and ATS systems
•Flexibility to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment is essential
•Organized self-starter who set priorities and drives deliverables for a wide variety of tasks to execution with minimal supervision and a high level of accountability
•Fluent in French and English
