Reporting to the Randstad Sourceright Executive Vice-President, and working closely with the COO, the Director, Operations is responsible for developing long-term operational strategies to enable business development, improve the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Sourceright line of business.

Responsibilities of the Director of operations:
- Solution Design
- Collaborate with leadership team in analyzing key success factors influencing the organization and participate in elaborating action plans for continued success;
- Increase external and internal client satisfaction;
- Improve onboarding processes;
- Integrate Training and Development in the business development;
- Sourcing and supplier strategies.

Business Transformation and Implementation
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
- Implement and support the change in systems, processes, people and technology:
- Payroll optimization; MSP, RPO, RSR
- Integrated Technology in Canada: RPO, MSP

Reporting and Analytics
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks;
- Transform data into information that can be used to improve decision making and performance.

- Randstad Sourceright EBITA

Experience and skills required for the Director of Operations:
- University Degree in Business or related field required;
- 8-12 years’ experience in the staffing, HR outsourcing or Managed Services Provider industry;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of company personnel.
