Director, Organizational design- Montreal or Toronto

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

Leading multi-functional and multi-services teams to develop and implement innovative and pragmatic Organizational Design solutions mainly in 2 areas of responsibilities:
1- advising the business on their organizational structure by providing educated insights on workforce planning and analysis, high potential identification and succession, organizational development, transformation and change management best practices;
2- building the infrastructure to bring innovative hr data intelligence into decision making by creating organizational effectiveness, advanced hr metrics and kpis, implementing hr policies and processes, leveraging the proper capabilities of hris and hr digital apps, aligning benefits and total rewards;

What will your typical day look like:
• Leverage your educated business knowledge and commercial insight to serve as a trusted senior advisor to internal clients and business partners on Organizational Design, Transformational processes and change management best practices. And then...Constantly challenge the status quo in revising and rethinking implemented OD solutions to ensure they reflect the ever changing needs of the business, whether they are internal or external;

• Re-imagine usage of employee data to support strategic decision making with impactful insights, multi-references trends and underlying predictive analytics. Look and plan ahead for future needs and skills to build the workforce of tomorrow, be a futurist to understand what the world of work will look like in five, ten, and 25 years ahead;

• Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, lead by example, think innovatively and establish solid trust based relationships with corporate services, lob leaders and other stakeholders;

• Define, review, implement and improve employee lifecycle management processes and tools to deliver delightful experiences to our internal workforce, market leading ways of working and scalable capabilities to support business growth.

You are someone with:
• Significant experience with Organizational Design and a proven track record of success managing complex organizational transformations.
• Tremendously skilled at working collaboratively across a wide cross-section of corporate services functions and industry leading line of businesses - in both official languages - to tackle our internal client’s issues holistically.
• A strong background working within a fast paced, results driven environment in a managerial and/or supervisory capacity.
• An absolute creative mindset. You are someone who is constantly looking at doing things differently and gaining efficiency, through the pursuit and completion of a number of new initiatives nationally through a number of business ongoing operation support activities.
• Experience and comfort working with, operating at, and delivering to a matrix oriented organization.
