Role: Human Resources Senior Manager

Job Summary
Oversee HR functions and all employee relations within the corporate services group of employees. Collaborate with HR Leaders in Specialty functions to determine necessary programs for each client group including employee relations, performance management, succession planning, creating and maintaining HR programs to drive engagement and strategic support for the business. Work with HR team and LOB leadership to implement business initiatives.

Responsibilities
•Partner with HR Leadership team and Corporate leaders to develop and manage the LOB strategic HR Plan
o Partners with HR colleagues to ensure effective design and implementation of HR initiatives within LOB’s
o Partners with Talent Management Team to ensure the effective design and implementation of all training and development programs
o Partners with HR Fundamentals Team to ensure competitive offerings that position Randstad as an employer of choice. Coordinate with HRF team disability (STAD and LTD) claims
o Supports the Risk Management Team in effective claims management for internal employees
o Acts as advisor to Compliance & Legal Affairs in matters of legislative risk management in all employment-related legal areas, including; employment standards, equity, privacy and access to information, human rights, and health & safety legislation
o Monitors and updates HR policies as needed

•Responsible for communicating HR recommendations throughout all levels of LOB leadership (as appropriate) and executing on strategic recommendations
•Responsible for managing all employee relations (recruitment initiatives, onboarding, performance management, compensation, change management and succession planning) within client group
•Partners with HRIS Admin and Internal Payroll to ensure employee data integrity; reporting relationships; employee transfers, role changes or departures
•Responsible for tracking, analyzing and communicating all people trends with potential to affect the business and making recommendations to the LOB president.
•Drive and coordinate Changement Management from a corporate perspective in ensuring complete partnership with the business.

Qualifications & Requirements
•University Degree with a focus in human resources is strongly preferred
•Bilingualism (French/English)
•3 or more years of prior experience in a HRBP role, with a strong emphasis on employee relations is required. Experience as an HRBP for a corporate group is a definite asset
•Solid understanding of prevailing labour legislation
•CHRA Designation, or in progress
•A high level of tact and diplomacy, in addition to respect for sensitive and confidential information
•Occasional travel to Toronto is required.
