Are you a relationship-focused recruitment consultant with experience in an agency environment providing top notch service to your clients? Are you a go-getter with a background in sales?

Our Technologies Division is after an IT recruiter on a full-time, permanent basis to report into our Manager for National Delivery in our Downtown Toronto office. This position’s primary focus is to grow Randstad’s market share in various Managed Services Provider accounts and to deliver the Randstad large account service model in line with the client's expectations and objectives.

What will the boss expect of you if you jump into the IT Recruiter's seat?

• You’ll be in charge of identifying tech candidates in the GTA area for existing or future client requirements and developing a strong network of contacts
• Maintain an ongoing relationship by providing guidance regarding their career development
• Match candidates to appropriate opportunities by conducting interviews, reference checks and by partnering with Account Managers to be aware of client opportunities at all times
• Meets or exceeds financial and operational targets
• Navigate and work with various software and technological tools
• Maintain Corporate Standards and be compliant with MSP programs' requirements

What skills and experiences would an IT Recruiter need to be successful?
• An advanced degree in a related field preferred (Sales or IT)
• A recruitment experience (3 years) with a proven track record of making good matches for their client
• A demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a proven ability in time management, multitasking and prioritization
• Be comfortable navigating various technological application
