We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Bilingual Account Manager for the Randstad In house Service (RIS) team to act as the on-site extension of the client’s HR function.

The RIS Account Manager responsibilities are broken down into 5 quadrants:

Recruitment Scheduling
Selection Performance Management
On-boarding

•Ensure consistent delivery of contract terms and KPI’s and provide support and guidance to temporary workers.
•Drive order fill rates for our RIS client by evaluating their staffing needs, as well as candidates’ skill and experience, to make effective matches.
•Manage a database of qualified candidates for a specific RIS account, which they then consult in evaluating the needs of a given account.


Desired Experience & Skills:

-Bilingual in French & English
-1-2 years’ experience in recruitment
-1-2 years’ experience as an Account Manager
-College Diploma in a related field is an asset
-Hold a track record of demonstrated recruiting success
-Excellent execution of business processes
-Passion for results
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Team oriented attitude
-Internet savvy and fully conversant in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
