Project Manager, Workforce Scheduling
Located in Montreal

As the Workforce Scheduling Project Manager for Randstad Staffing, you will be responsible for successfully managing the scale up and implementation of this innovative tech solution and contribute in strengthening Randstad’s market leader position in the Canadian market.

•Act as a product owner for Workforce Scheduling in Canada and successfully manage its implementation
•Provide training to internal employees and support client trainings.
•Actively participate in the sales of WFS in collaboration with consultants and leaders
•Measure progress of scale up of WFS and adjust action plan in order to achieve/surpass implementation target
•Report ROI of WFS based on defined KPIs to supervisor / stakeholders
•Measure adoption of app by candidates and create and deploy adoption strategies to increase use of app
•Measure use of solution by clients and internal employees. Create and deploy adoption strategies to increase use of scheduling solution
•Act as the single point of contact for support on WFS and My Randstad app (first line of troubleshooting)
•Manage site requests and site configurations.
•Be the single point of contact for Randstad Global for any technical questions regarding Workforce Scheduling and the My Randstad app
•Gather user feedback and work with the Digital Factory to improve WFS and the My Randstad app

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
•3+ years of combined business, recruiting, and sales experience and demonstrated successes within Randstad
o Demonstrated knowledge of Randstad Staffing service offer
o Demonstrated knowledge of Randstad operational processes
o Understanding of financial reporting

•Experience successfully interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared project goals
•Experience in delivering service excellence and build strong relationships
•Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written)
•Experience with Tools: Google, Connect/Connext Microsoft Office
•Being tech savvy
The following skills and/or experiences will be considered great assets for the role:
•Project management experience
•Experience in our light industrial division
•Previous experience in role with cross regional or national responsibilities and demonstrated successes
•Experience in training
•Experience with Tools: Google, Connect/Connext Microsoft Office
