The Randstad team is growing! We’re searching for an awesome sourcer who’s ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.

This position’s primary focus is to grow Randstad’s market share in various MSP accounts and to deliver the Randstad large account service model in line with the client's expectations and objectives, as well as meet or exceed Randstad performance requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

- On-going recruitment activity; attract, screen, interview and assess talent
- Develop, implement and coordinate recruitment activities and strategies
- Manage candidate database effectively and continuously maintain candidate ‘pool’ for frequent roles
- Act as the main point of contact for temporary employees for payroll inquiries, resolving any employment-related needs or concerns.
- Building and maintaining a strong professional working relationship with clients
- Meets or exceeds financial and operational targets
- Navigate and work with various software and technological tools

Recruiter, RND- Toronto

Education & Experience:

- Must have previous experience in recruitment experience
- Has a proven track record of making good matches for their clients
- Background in customer service is preferred
- Must have a demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a proven ability in time management, multitasking and prioritization.
- Must be comfortable navigating various technological applications
