Location:
- 3 days a week work from home
- 2 days a week on client site GTA office

Responsibilities of the Recruiter - Toronto

- Elaborate a sourcing strategy to build a talent pipeline in order to anticipate the needs, and fill the orders;
- Qualify candidates and present them to the Hiring Managers;
- Update the ATS;
- Contribute to the client and candidate experience.

Skills Required for the Recruiter - Toronto

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients and candidates;
- Proven ability to work positively within a team environment;
- Proactive with the ability to mitigate circumstance to minimize the impact to client deliverables;
- Ability to deliver service excellence and build strong relationships with clients;
- Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to qualify and close deals;
- Knowledge of commonly used recruiting concepts, practices and procedures for sourcing and screening in a recruiting and internal staffing environment;
- Knowledge of an ATS.

Education/Experience

- 3+ years recruiting experience with strong staffing and/or customer service experience;
- Recruitment experience in manufacturing roles;
- Bilingualism (English and French), an asset.
